Michael Affinito is the Chief Financial Officer of Grey Mountain. Prior to joining the firm, Michael was with Stonehenge Partners, a Columbus, Ohio-based middle market private equity and mezzanine investment firm, for 22 years. He was the Chief Financial Officer of Stonehenge Partners for 18 years, responsible for the accounting, tax, regulatory, financial and investor reporting functions of five private investment funds including three licensed Small Business Investments Companies (SBIC). While at Stonehenge Partners, he had extensive involvement in the fundraising process working with both limited partners and the Small Business Administration (SBA). Michael is also an Adjunct Professor in the Business Department of Capital University located in Bexley, Ohio

Michael graduated from Miami University with a B.S in Accountancy and holds an active CPA license.
